Embody Your Eros

Connect with your breath, body, and erotic spirit.

Offerings

  • Let’s explore together and create a foundation to build upon in our in-person sessions. These virtual calls serve to build a relationship and discover what themes there are to uncover.

  • With intention formed in our virtual calls together, the in-person sessions are the space to experience connection and intimacy. These sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and can include body work, breath work, and energy work.

  • Breathing from head to hole unlocks the wisdom that exists in your entire body. Together we can explore breath as the bridge between mind and body.

  • This practice informs a lot of what I work on with my clients, all with a somatic focus. A felt sense of safety in the body is at the core of this work. This is achieved through mindful meditation and conscious body work.

  • Much of our core wounding comes from our childhood. A form of energy work I’ve trained extensively in, the Tamura Method, helps my clients explore their relationship to their inner child through gentle touch and movement of energy within the body.

  • The focus here is on “play.” Fantasy role play is a powerful modality that can help rewire a past experience in the body or experience something completely new that you’ve always wished would happen.

  • Everything we do is informed by mutually agreed upon boundaries. We are clear with each other in our communication and agreements. Boundaries are honored and respected, and renegotiated if necessary.

Our journey begins with a free consultation to discover what work we might do together. If we agree there is alignment between us, we typically start with one or two virtual calls to build intention for our first in-person session.

Meet Michael

Somatic Intimacy Coach

Michael brings to his work both professional training and lived wisdom, combining natural gifts for creating safety and connection with years of experience in conscious sexuality and energy work.

His approach is grounded in the belief that every human deserves to experience genuine connection, touch, and intimacy in their life.

Michael is an Indiana-raised middle child of seven with a goofy sense of humor and enormous capacity to hold steady amid big emotions. His naturally disarming demeanor fosters a sense of safety and allows curiosity to flourish. Michael has spent the last three years exploring energy work, somatic processing, and ritual approaches to embody Eros. He completed a rigorous training with the Congregation of Sacred Practices in 2024 and has also studied the Tamura Method and Sexological Bodywork. His spiritual practices and energetic focus allow him to attune to a variety of subtle levels of experience. He shares a genuine interest and curiosity with his clients, allowing them to deepen their experience and shift perspectives.

Michael and his husband have called Colorado home for 15 years and they live in the wooded foothills with their cat and two dogs. Michael loves Olympic lifting, being outside, and cruising along the winding roads of the surrounding canyons in his Volkswagen R32.

The Stag

The Stag is wild masculinity.
He is alive with sharp instinct.
He moves with purpose.
He stands tall in stillness.
Muscle, fur, and earthy musk.
Rooted in presence, not performance.
He listens with his whole body.

The Quiver

The Quiver is a vessel for arrows.
Ancient symbols for direction.
Indications for action and gift.
The Quiver is a vivid sensation.
A trembling receipt of touch.
It is sensuality, vulnerability.
It is the body saying yes.

Together

Stag & Quiver is the space for:
The pause and the pulse,
The force and the feeling,
The animal and the ache.

About the Space

In-person sessions take place in my home office located in Coal Creek Canyon, which is about 30 minutes from Boulder, Golden, and Arvada; about 45-60 minutes from most areas of Denver.

Your in-person session begins with the drive up the gentle canyon road, watching the city disappear behind you. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, the space is private, quiet, and serene. The drive home is an opportunity for stillness and quiet reflection.

The plants supports the work
These trees support the work
The hills support the work
